Our Story

In the Summer of 2003, CraigO’s Pizza and Pastaria was born. Over the years, many friends and customers have asked me why CraigO’s? Why not choose a more Italian name? I tell them the reason is simple – my dad told me that this would become a place I would be investing much of my heart and my time in. And, if this was something I truly believed in, I should name it after myself. He couldn’t have been more right.

Born and raised in New York, our favorite pizza joint was right across the street from our house. Every Friday night was both family and pizza night, and we would eat there or bring it home. Either way, it was always a special time with my family that left me with many warm and happy memories.

In that same spirit, I created CraigO’s to be that same kind of local pizza joint – one that serves more than just good food – a place that also serves the community. We don’t just make pizza. We make our sauces, pastas, dressings and dough from scratch, every day, right here in our kitchens. But more than that, we are a neighborhood gathering place for families, from the young to the old who enjoy connecting with those in their local community. That’s why CraigO’s supports community churches, youth groups, schools, YMCA’s and many other organizations that are a vital part of every day life.

Although we have expanded over the years, we haven’t given up our desire to keep that local neighborhood feel. Our two franchisees live and work in their home communities. We still make our food from scratch and we still love helping our families, friends and neighbors. And, we’re proud to say that our no-hassle fundraisers have generated more than $100,000 for our schools and organizations.

Thank you for being a part of CraigO’s success over the years. We promise to continue to use that success to give back to you, those within the communities we proudly serve.
